About Payment Methods

Three types of payment methods are available: credit card payment, cash on delivery (COD), and deferred payment.

The following credit cards are accepted for credit card payments.

We accept only cards in the name of the cardholder.

Credit card transactions are processed after the shipment is completed. We do not accept your request for the processing date.

We do not accept credit card payments for orders exceeding 300,000 yen (including tax) in total.

Payment must be made in a lump sum the following month.

Orders for credit cards issued overseas may be cancelled.

Credit card payment uses SSL security, which encrypts the credit card number before it is transmitted. Please use with peace of mind.

Credit card information is managed by our partner company, GMO Payment Service.

We are unable to determine the cause of credit card payment errors. Please contact your credit card company directly for details.

In the case of a large or expensive order that is considered unusual in terms of normal transactions, we may ask to confirm the identity of the customer. In addition, we may automatically cancel the order or change the payment method at the request of the credit card company.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

With the exception of certain items, we accept returns of purchased items only if they are unused and unopened within 7 days of receipt. We do not accept returns without prior notice.

Shipping charges of 1,000 yen (+ tax), 300 yen (+ tax) for COD payment, and 300 yen (+ tax) for deferred payment for orders under 10,000 yen (+ tax) are not refundable.

If the total amount of your purchase falls below 10,000 yen (+ tax) due to a return, a shipping fee of 1,000 yen (+ tax) will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please understand this in advance.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following cases, even within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.

◼Innerwear, legwear, earrings, and pierced earrings

◼Items without accessories such as belts

◼Products that have been worn beyond the range of trial fitting

◼Products that have been used, altered or modified

◼Items that have been stained, scratched, or damaged by the customer

◼Merchandise that has been washed or cleaned

◼Items with damaged, stained, or lost delivery slips, product tags, labels, or other accessories (including cases where tags (including strings) have been detached)

◼Insufficient wrapping materials such as boxes, packing materials, etc. ( You may use packing other than the cardboard used for delivery when returning items, but please be careful not to damage or deface the items)

We will process the refund as soon as the returned merchandise arrives at our warehouse and we confirm that the condition of the merchandise is in accordance with our return policy.

Points used to purchase returned merchandise will not be reissued.

The refund method depends on the payment method selected by the customer, and will be processed either by canceling the credit card transaction or through the CASH POST service.

You cannot choose the refund method. Please contact us and send the returned merchandise to the return address below. Please enclose a copy of the invoice with your return. If you are unable to enclose it, please enclose a copy of the invoice with your return. If you forget to enclose the invoice, please contact us using the Contact Us form and provide us with your order number, shipping company, and invoice number.


As a rule, MONGSCENT does not accept changes in order details (changes in size or color), additional orders, or cancellations after an order has been confirmed. In addition, we cannot accept any returns due to customer's convenience.

In the unlikely event that an order is not received within the storage period and is returned, the customer will be billed for the necessary expenses for return shipping and packing materials. Please note that you will be responsible for any bank transfer fees associated with the payment. If we are unable to confirm that the payment has been made to the designated account by the due date, we will deem the case to be malicious and will take legal action.

About exchanges

Although MONGSCENT takes all possible measures to control the quality of its products, there is still a possibility of stains or damage due to shipping problems, etc. Please check the condition of the product immediately upon arrival. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or an item that does not match the contents of your order, please contact us using the Inquiry Form. Please note, however, that inventory status changes daily, and we may not be able to arrange for a replacement product. In such cases, we will contact you again.

About Membership

Registering as a member will allow you to enjoy a smoother shopping experience. After registering, you can log in with your registered e-mail address and password. There are no annual, registration, renewal, or maintenance fees. If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so via the cancellation form. However, after you cancel your membership, you will not be able to view any of your saved information, such as your purchase history, favorite listings, and shipping address. Please understand this in advance.
